Overview of process flow
1. Pour the fermentation agent into the water tank and achieve the mixing and dissolution of the fermentation agent to obtain the fermentation liquid. The control system automatically heats up the fermentation liquid and keeps it warm to 37 ℃.
2. The vacuum mixing tank quantitatively sucks in the feed to be inoculated from the feeding machine through negative pressure.
3. The fermentation broth is pumped into the vacuum mixing and re media tank through a water pump system that filters and quantitatively delivers it, and the weight of the pumped feed matches the amount of feed sucked in.
4. At the same time as the fermentation broth is pumped in, the vacuum mixer starts, and through vacuum mixing, the fermentation broth is quickly and evenly infiltrated into the feed to complete inoculation.
5. The cover of the vacuum mixing tank automatically opens, and the discharge enters the buffer bin. The materials in the buffer bin are lifted, screened, and packaged to complete the entire process flow.
